How to Use Tretin 0.025% Cream?

Tretinoin in gel or cream can be alternated with Benzoyl peroxide. This means that one can be used in the morning and the other should be used at night. Do not apply both of them together because benzoyl peroxide accelerates the degradation of tretinoin.
The teratogenic risk with topical retinoic acid is very minor because it produces very low blood levels. Even then it should be used with great caution during pregnancy only when absolutely essential.
